4. Free Trials and Promotions

We may offer free trials or promotional offers at our discretion. If you sign up for a free trial, you will be automatically charged at the end of the trial period unless you cancel before it expires.

5. Cancellation and Refunds

• You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.

• Upon cancellation, your access will continue through the end of the current billing period.

• Refunds are not provided for unused time unless required by law or stated in our Refund Policy.

• You understand the nature of physical exercise and willingly choose to participate.

• You consent to the use of exercise techniques, nutrition advice (non-medical), and program guidelines provided by your trainer.

8. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Services for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose;

• Share or distribute content that is harmful, offensive, or violates any laws;

• Copy, distribute, or resell any part of the Services without our written consent.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, software, and materials on the platform are owned by or licensed to My AK Fitness. You may not use our intellectual property without our prior written consent.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms or misuse our Services.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

We provide the Services "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee results or uninterrupted access.
